Delivery, Setup, & Logistics Fee Structure

Order Minimum: $350 minimum rental subtotal for local delivery

Standard Local Delivery & Setup (Within 25 miles of 64155): $200 flat fee (covers drop-off, full installation before the event, and strike/teardown).

Extended Distance: For venues located 26 to 50 miles from 64155, a $500 order minimum and $400 travel fee apply.

Early-Bird Setup Fee (Before 8:00 AM): Flat $100 fee.

Late-Night / After-Hours Strike Fee (11 PM – 2 AM): Additional $100/hr (standard for venues requiring immediate clear-out, if venue allows for next day breakdown there is no extra charge.)

Damage Waiver Fee: 10% non-refundable fee added to all orders to cover minor wear-and-tear or small fabric stains.

Security Deposit: $100 – $250 refundable deposit (or credit card authorization on file) held for missing or damaged assets.

Multi-day rentals are discounted! A second consecutive day is billed at 50% of the daily rate.
Our pricing is structured per event rather than per hour because 90% of our service goes into the white-glove delivery, professional installation, custom styling, and breakdown. Whether your reception lasts 4 hours or 8 hours, you receive the exact same dedicated crew, seamless setup, and full venue protection!
